At Argyle Pediatric Dentistry, the role of Patient Coordinator is vital to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and patient interactions. We are seeking a friendly, organized individual who is preferably bilingual in English and Spanish to join our growing team. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing exceptional customer service while managing appointment scheduling, patient check-ins and check-outs, insurance verifications, and billing inquiries. Your role will be key to maintaining accurate patient records, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring that the office remains organized and efficient.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Familiarity with dental office software preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
  • Pediatric experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for working with children
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently
  • Familiarity with dental office software such as Dentrix or Open Dental is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet patients and families with a warm, welcoming smile
  • Manage patient check-ins and check-outs
  • Schedule appointments and ensure smooth coordination of patient flow
  • Answer phones, respond to questions, and provide exceptional customer service in both languages
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing inquiries
  • Maintain accurate patient records and help keep the office organized
