Job Description
Argyle Pediatric Dentistry is a newly established dental office dedicated to providing high-quality pediatric dental care in the Argyle community. The practice is focused on creating an exceptional dental experience specifically designed for children and their families, emphasizing a fun, positive, and welcoming environment. As a community-oriented dental office, Argyle Pediatric Dentistry seeks to build strong, lasting relationships with patients and their families by offering compassionate care and personalized attention to children's unique dental needs. By blending modern dentistry techniques with a child-friendly approach, the practice aims to alleviate dental anxiety and promote lifelong healthy habits among young patients.
At Argyle Pediatric Dentistry, the role of Patient Coordinator is vital to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and patient interactions. We are seeking a friendly, organized individual who is preferably bilingual in English and Spanish to join our growing team. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing exceptional customer service while managing appointment scheduling, patient check-ins and check-outs, insurance verifications, and billing inquiries. Your role will be key to maintaining accurate patient records, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring that the office remains organized and efficient.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $13 to $20 per hour based on experience, and it is a prime opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on children's healthcare. By joining Argyle Pediatric Dentistry, you will become part of a close-knit team dedicated to making children’s dental visits a positive and memorable experience. The Patient Coordinator role also offers professional development opportunities within a growing pediatric practice, making it an excellent choice for those passionate about pediatric healthcare and customer service. If you are enthusiastic about contributing to a welcoming, multilingual environment and have experience or interest in dental or medical office settings, this role is designed for you.
