It is widely recognized for its unwavering mission of excellence in caring for the sick and injured, educating future physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers, and improving access to healthcare in the communities it serves. St. Luke's stands out as a dedicated institution that prioritizes patient welfare and strives to deliver compassionate, quality healthcare regardless of a patient's ability to pay. This commitment has earned it a respected reputation in the healthcare sector and among patients seeking reliable and comprehensive medical services.

The role of the Patient Concierge at St. Luke's University Health Network is a vital position focused on enhancing the patient experience through compassionate advocacy and administrative support. Additionally, Patient Concierges provide help with patient inquiries like form requests and medical record access, making the process seamless and stress-free for patients.

The role also includes facilitation of waiting room concierge services, supporting patients through innovative check-in technologies like kiosks, and ensuring the care environment is clean and organized. This position requires collaboration with other practice-based team members and external partners such as the Access Center to address scheduling, triage, and clinical inquiries promptly and efficiently. The Patient Concierge acts as a crucial liaison, ensuring clear communication and swift action to meet patient and practice needs.

Beyond administrative skills, this position requires a solution-oriented and creative mindset, with an ability to anticipate patient needs and work collaboratively with multiple departments to resolve concerns and improve service delivery.
