This opportunity is for a part-time or full-time Intern to join the Patient Concierge team at Medpace for Fall 2026, based in the Cincinnati, Ohio office. The Patient Concierge Intern will support Patient Concierge Coordinators and Managers in delivering exceptional patient services, especially related to travel and payment assistance throughout clinical trial journeys. This position offers a valuable learning experience in a fast-paced clinical research environment, combining administrative duties with direct patient and site interactions. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to assist with various project and operational tasks. The Intern will be involved in maintaining project files, coordinating travel arrangements, managing reimbursements, and supporting broader Patient Concierge initiatives that enhance patient experiences and streamline study processes. This position offers flexible scheduling with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week, making it suitable for students pursuing higher education while gaining practical exposure to the clinical research industry.

Job Requirements
- a minimum of a high school diploma, or equivalent
- pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree
- availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in the Cincinnati, OH office

Job Duties
- provide day-to-day project support activities - maintenance of project-related files, sending documents to sites, communicating with sites and patients etc
- perform administrative duties in conformity with company policies and procedures
- coordinate and provide meeting minutes, process patient reimbursements, schedule travel arrangements for patients
- maintain databases/spreadsheets as necessary to facilitate tracking/documentation of study activities
- support other Patient Concierge functional areas on ad hoc projects
- perform other administrative tasks as needed
