Job Description

Concierge Dental Group is a respected, locally owned and operated dental organization dedicated to serving the Western New York community through five modern and technologically advanced dental offices. The company embraces a patient-first philosophy and integrates advanced dental technology with AI-assisted systems to deliver outstanding dental care experiences. Unlike large corporate dental groups, Concierge Dental Group prides itself on having leadership teams who are actively involved in daily office operations, providing hands-on support, comprehensive training, and ample growth opportunities for team members. This approach fosters a collaborative environment where employees feel valued and supported, enhancing both patient satisfaction and practice success.

We are currently seeking a Patient Concierge to join our team — a pivotal role that serves as the welcoming face and central coordinator of our dental practice. This is far more than a typical front desk position; it is an essential role that directly impacts patient satisfaction, office productivity, and overall practice growth. The Patient Concierge is responsible for ensuring that every patient experience starts positively and flows smoothly from the first phone call through to checkout. By managing patient interactions, scheduling, and administrative duties efficiently, the Patient Concierge helps maintain a seamless patient flow and enhances the overall office environment.

In this role, you will greet and check in patients with genuine warmth and professionalism, answer phone calls, assist with scheduling, confirm appointments, and manage recall systems to keep providers' schedules full and productive. Your responsibilities will also include helping patients with treatment scheduling and financial arrangements, collecting payments, maintaining accurate patient records, and coordinating closely with clinical and administrative staff. Your attentive follow-up with patients regarding unscheduled treatments and pending appointments ensures continuous care, while your organizational abilities help create a positive and efficient office atmosphere.

Concierge Dental Group believes in nurturing talent from within and offers substantial opportunities for advancement. Starting as a Patient Concierge, there is a clear path to grow into roles such as Treatment Coordinator, Office Manager, and even regional leadership positions. Employees are supported through ongoing professional development and training initiatives to help them reach their full potential.

This position offers competitive pay, ranging from $18 to $23 per hour based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this role is ideal for individuals who thrive on helping others, are highly organized, are proactive problem solvers, and enjoy being part of a team committed to excellence in patient care and office operations.

Join Concierge Dental Group and become an integral part of a close-knit dental community focused on delivering five-star experiences while supporting your professional growth. If you are passionate about customer service and eager to contribute to a modern and innovative dental practice, this is the ideal role for you.
