We are currently seeking part-time Patient Concierge candidates to join our front-office team. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The Patient Concierge must demonstrate a poised, polished demeanor with a genuine passion for customer service and patient care. Ideal candidates include retirees, students, and hospitality or retail professionals who excel in creating positive, warm interactions. Working shifts are Monday through Friday with options for morning or afternoon hours, allowing flexibility. The Patient Concierge is responsible for greeting patients with compassion, managing appointment verifications, assisting with check-in processes via paperwork or digital kiosks, and ensuring an efficient, discreet flow throughout the practice. Candidates should be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced yet calm environment, maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area that aligns with our brand standards.
This role requires strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information while upholding HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. Physical demands include prolonged standing, frequent movement within the office including stair use, and occasional light lifting of materials up to 20 pounds. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a medical office, cosmetic practice, luxury retail, or hospitality setting preferred
- Hospitality industry experience in front-facing customer service or guest service strongly preferred
- Basic computer proficiency, experience using iPads, and comfort utilizing AI technology are required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure in a high-touch, service-oriented environment
- This position requires prolonged standing and being on feet during the scheduled shift
- Continuous face-to-face interactions and verbal communication with patients, guests, visitors and staff
- Frequent movement within the building including climbing stairs
- Occasional light lifting of office materials up to 20 lbs
Job Qualifications
