Job Qualifications

  • strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • comfortable using computers and systems (Microsoft Office experience required
  • EMR experience a plus)

Job Duties

  • greet every patient warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • offer refreshments and ensure patients feel comfortable and informed
  • answer questions, manage intake paperwork, and update patient records accurately
  • schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
  • handle incoming and outgoing patient calls throughout the day
  • support efficient patient flow and provider schedules
  • maintain and update the EMR system (check-ins, scanning, payments, chart prep)
  • keep the reception area clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • assist with lead management, outbound calls, and appointment generation
  • participate in daily morning huddles and contribute to workflow planning
  • prepare schedules and charts for providers
  • complete daily checklists and ensure all tasks are executed
  • tag leads accurately and prepare for the following day
  • perform end-of-day office walkthroughs to ensure everything is properly shut down
