We are currently seeking a friendly and dependable Patient Care Receptionist to join our front office team. This position is vital as the welcoming face of our practice, responsible for creating a positive first impression and supporting the smooth flow of daily operations. The Patient Care Receptionist will perform a variety of administrative and patient communication duties, including greeting patients professionally, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records with accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.
As part of our team, you will work closely with both patients and clinical staff to facilitate an efficient and friendly office experience. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $18 to $23 per hour based on experience and operates on a Monday through Thursday schedule from 7:30 am to 4:45 pm, with occasional Friday shifts from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Job Duties
