The role of Patient Care Manager at Baptist Health is a pivotal leadership position responsible for the interdisciplinary leadership, clinical practice, and staff development within one or more nursing service areas. This is a full-time position offering an estimated salary range of $112,081.46 to $149,068.34 per year, depending on experience, and includes a sign-on bonus available with relevant experience. The Patient Care Manager utilizes participative management concepts to plan, innovate, coordinate, direct, and evaluate patient services, ensuring alignment with the Division of Patient Services’ philosophy, objectives, and policies.

In this role, the manager ensures nursing care standards are upheld across the continuum of care and demonstrates fiscal responsibility by effectively allocating resources to promote efficient, safe, and compassionate care. The manager encourages shared decision making by incorporating staff input into executive-level decisions and keeping the team informed about higher-level organizational activities.
