The Home Health Patient Care Manager role at Piedmont Augusta Hospital involves overall supervision and coordination of clinical services within home health care. Job Requirements

  • Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
  • Registered nurse license in Georgia state or multistate license upon hire
  • CPR certification upon hire
  • Valid and current driver license with up-to-date vehicle insurance and access to reliable transportation
