Job Requirements
- Graduate from a recognized accredited school of nursing
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia state licensure and/or NLC/eNLC multistate licensure upon hire
- CPR - cardiac pulmonary resuscitation upon hire
- DL number - driver license valid and in state current driver license vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation upon hire
Job Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Georgia or multistate licensure (NLC/eNLC)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver license with vehicle insurance and access to reliable transportation
- Experience in home health nursing preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Coordinate and supervise an interdisciplinary team of home health staff
- Assure continuity of high quality care to home health patients
- Ensure compliance with physician prescribed plan of care
- Maintain adherence to all applicable state and federal laws and regulations
- Oversee clinical services and manage staff performance
- Facilitate communication among healthcare team members
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
