Job Requirements

  • Graduate from a recognized accredited school of nursing
  • RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia state licensure and/or NLC/eNLC multistate licensure upon hire
  • CPR - cardiac pulmonary resuscitation upon hire
  • DL number - driver license valid and in state current driver license vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation upon hire

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate from a recognized accredited school of nursing
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Georgia or multistate licensure (NLC/eNLC)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver license with vehicle insurance and access to reliable transportation
  • Experience in home health nursing preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and supervise an interdisciplinary team of home health staff
  • Assure continuity of high quality care to home health patients
  • Ensure compliance with physician prescribed plan of care
  • Maintain adherence to all applicable state and federal laws and regulations
  • Oversee clinical services and manage staff performance
  • Facilitate communication among healthcare team members
  • Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
