Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or front desk role
- basic knowledge of veterinary terminology preferred
- proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work full-time weekday hours and rotating Saturdays
- completion of Culture Index survey as part of the hiring process
Job Qualifications
- Experience in client service or medical front desk operations
- familiarity with veterinary medical terminology preferred
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to manage scheduling and workflow efficiently
- proficiency in using medical records and scheduling software such as EzyVet
- high emotional intelligence and professionalism
- ability to provide clear communication and support to clients
Job Duties
- Greet and assist pet owners arriving for imaging appointments
- answer incoming phone calls and respond to general email inquiries
- schedule routine services such as ultrasound, echocardiography, and follow-up visits
- manage patient check-in, discharge, and appointment flow
- collect and organize patient records from referring veterinary clinics
- maintain accurate patient records in EzyVet and scheduling systems
- present estimates, collect deposits, and process payments
- provide clear instructions for appointments and pre-procedure requirements
