With a competitive compensation package based on experience, SVI offers employees the opportunity to grow their careers in a supportive and dynamic environment that values client service and medical accuracy.
The role of Client Experience Coordinator at SVI Veterinary Imaging is pivotal in maintaining the quality and professionalism of client interactions. This position manages all incoming communication channels, including phone calls and emails, while orchestrating lobby flow and scheduling to create a seamless experience for pet owners. The coordinator serves as the welcoming face of the facility, greeting and assisting pet owners as they arrive for their imaging appointments, and efficiently handling the check-in, discharge, and appointment flow processes. This role demands strong organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and an understanding of veterinary medical terminology to ensure accurate handling of patient records and routine service scheduling such as ultrasounds and echocardiographies.
The coordinator is responsible for collecting and organizing patient data from referring veterinary clinics, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within specialized systems like EzyVet, and managing financial transactions including presenting cost estimates, processing deposits, and collecting payments. Additionally, clear communication with clients regarding appointment instructions and pre-procedure requirements is an essential part of the role. Taking on this position not only enhances skills in client service but also builds expertise in hospital workflow management, front desk operations, and medical records coordination in a veterinary medical environment.
Working full time with weekday shifts typically spanning eight hours and rotating half-day Saturdays approximately once per month, employees at SVI benefit from a comprehensive package that includes competitive hourly pay aligned with experience, a 401(k) plan with a company match, and various insurance coverages including health, dental, vision, and life insurance. The facility also supports employee growth through paid time off and continuing education opportunities, fostering professional development and a commitment to excellent patient care.
Candidates are required to complete the Culture Index survey as part of the hiring process, allowing SVI to better understand their natural strengths, communication style, and work preferences to ensure mutual alignment with the role and team. This thoughtful approach aims to enhance the interview experience and support a productive, positive workplace atmosphere. This role at SVI is ideal for individuals passionate about animal health, client service, and the organized coordination of medical environments, offering a rewarding career path in a respected veterinary imaging facility.
