Job Description
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is a reputable outpatient physical therapy clinic located in Provo, Utah, dedicated to providing exceptional rehabilitation services to patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. Our clinic prides itself on fostering a welcoming, supportive environment where patients receive personalized care tailored to their unique needs. At Mountain Land Physical Therapy, we emphasize a patient-centered approach, combining expert clinical knowledge with compassionate service to promote healing, enhance mobility, and improve overall quality of life. We are committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism, compliance with healthcare regulations, and continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of the community we serve.
We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Patient Care Coordinator to join our front office team. This full-time position is integral to the smooth operation of our clinic, acting as the first point of contact for patients and ensuring an efficient and pleasant experience from check-in through check-out. Working Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm, with some flexibility in hours, this role offers a competitive hourly wage between $18 and $20. The Patient Care Coordinator will manage scheduling using our advanced software, handle payment collection including co-pays and deductibles, answer phones and email communications with professionalism, and maintain strict confidentiality to comply with HIPAA regulations.
This role is perfectly suited for individuals with prior experience in front office, medical reception, hospitality, retail, or customer service domains who are eager to grow in a healthcare setting. Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship will be provided, making it an excellent opportunity for those new to healthcare as well as seasoned professionals. The position offers career growth potential in areas such as medical billing, clinic operations, and support services. By joining Mountain Land Physical Therapy, you will be part of a supportive clinic culture dedicated to meaningful work that directly impacts patients’ journeys toward recovery and wellness. Along with a competitive pay package, we provide a robust benefits program that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, paid time off, and wellness perks designed to support your overall well-being.
