Our clinics focus on delivering personalized, evidence-based care designed to help patients achieve optimal movement and a better quality of life. We operate in a supportive and growth-oriented environment where teamwork and continuous learning are encouraged for all staff members.
We are currently seeking a Part Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our thriving team. This is an entry-level office role ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and interested in learning about the healthcare industry and clinic operations. The Patient Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic through excellent customer service, efficient administrative support, and organizational skills. Staff in this role are responsible for greeting patients warmly, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, collecting payments, and managing reception area tasks with professionalism and attention to detail. The position requires strong communication abilities and comfort navigating multiple computer programs as part of daily duties.
The role provides an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to gain valuable experience in a rehabilitative healthcare setting while contributing positively to the patient experience. As a part-time position, it offers flexibility while still allowing meaningful involvement in the clinic's operations. At BenchMark Physical Therapy, you will be supported by a team that values your growth, encourages your continuous learning, and recognizes your impact on patients' health journeys. This is an ideal position for someone looking to start a career in healthcare administration or office coordination within a dynamic and caring organization.
