High school graduate or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience within the previous 2 years in a similar role
Ability to comprehend and follow medication guidelines
Familiarity with medical terminology

Job Duties

Provide personal care assistance to patients including mobility support, bathing, grooming, dressing, medication assistance, eating, toileting
Follow medication guidelines accurately
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
Pay close attention to details and comply with patient care plans
Maintain sanitation and safety in the patient’s home environment
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in interactions with patients and staff
Support patient independence while ensuring safety
