This Per Diem PCA position involves providing in-home assistance to assigned patients, focusing on helping them with everyday tasks that they may find challenging due to illness, injury, or age-related conditions. The PCA will play a critical role in supporting patients’ daily routines, which includes providing personal care services such as mobility assistance, bathing, grooming, dressing, medication support, eating, and toileting. This role requires a compassionate individual who can establish strong interpersonal relationships with patients, their families, and professional staff to deliver quality care. Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience within the previous 2 years in a similar role
  • Ability to comprehend and follow medication guidelines
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Ability to concentrate and pay attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interface with support and professional staff and patients

Job Duties
