Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months relevant experience
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
  • Basic knowledge of hospital policies and patient confidentiality
  • Competency in performing diverse tasks including transport and dietary services
  • Must pass Act 34 background clearance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience as a Patient & Family Concierge or equivalent role
  • Demonstrated competency in patient and family support duties
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with hospital procedures and patient privacy standards
  • Experience with administrative and logistical coordination in a healthcare setting

Job Duties

  • Greet patients and families and provide destination coordination
  • Assist with environmental cleaning and organizing assigned areas
  • Assemble and serve meals according to patient dietary orders
  • Transport patients, equipment, and lab specimens safely throughout the hospital
  • Order, stock, and manage supplies and equipment for patient units
  • Perform administrative support including scheduling, chart management, and communication
  • Facilitate telehealth consults by managing telemedicine equipment and coordinating with remote providers
