Job Requirements

- 0-2 years of prior relevant experience
- Ability to maintain accuracy in financial transactions
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of prior relevant experience
- Healthcare experience in billing, revenue cycle, or medical cash posting is a plus
- Knowledge of EOBs and ERAs preferred
- Data entry experience is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle high volumes efficiently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with STAR, Waystar, Phreesia, or EPIC is advantageous
Job Duties
- Work closely with billing, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records
- Receive and disburse money for services
- Operate cash registers and ensure accurate and efficient accounts of all transactions
