Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in receptionist, assistant, or customer service role
- Effective oral and written communication skills required
- Ability to multitask and organize work efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Customer service skills must be excellent
- Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare preferred but not mandatory
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet patients and visitors proactively and courteously
- Provide outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone
- Create a positive, welcoming, and friendly patient experience
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and hospital systems
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word proficiently
- Support patient access processes and assist with front desk operations
