Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least one year of experience as a receptionist, assistant, or in customer service field
  • Effective communication skills, oral and written
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong proactive organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Proactively greet patients and visitors creating a welcoming environment
  • Provide outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone
  • Assist patients with check-in and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain organized patient access records and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare staff to facilitate patient flow
  • Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to perform related administrative tasks
  • Utilize EpicCare system and medical terminology knowledge to support patient access services
