Compliance and safety are paramount, so the team lead will enforce all health, sanitation, safe work practices, and regulatory standards including Weights and Measures requirements.

Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Safely work with kitchen tools and machinery including knives and electric pallet jacks
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work in varying temperatures from deep freezers to hot kitchens
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in baking and pastry
- At least 1 year in a management or supervisory role
- Thorough understanding of production, equipment, and ingredients for all bakery items
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active ServSafe certification
Job Duties
- Lead daily production schedules in partnership with the Commissary Production Manager
