We are currently hiring Full-Time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate and dedicated Food Services Team. In this role, you will work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead daily food service operations, oversee staff, and ensure high standards of food safety and quality. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
  • ability to lead and manage a team
  • understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
  • availability to work occasional nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
  • must complete a sanitation course either before or during the first year
  • must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program

Job Duties

  • Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets
  • direct daily activities
  • maintain food production safety and quality according to policies and procedures
  • ensure food items are stored safely and hazard-free
  • maintain serving schedules per menu specifications following Aramark policies
  • maintain sanitary conditions adhering to health and safety codes
  • maintain accurate weekly inventory
  • prepare orders as needed for accurate location production
  • supervise and evaluate employees, counsel, and promote staff growth and teamwork
  • maintain a safe working environment
  • train and mentor food service workers
  • maintain maintenance logs for department equipment
  • ensure completion of food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
  • perform preventative maintenance checklists
  • recommend equipment replacement
  • demonstrate proficiency in multitasking
  • perform other duties as requested by Food Service Director or Manager
  • fill in for absent employees as needed
  • maintain knowledge of daily catering events and ensure timely preparation and delivery
  • work occasional night and weekend catered events
