The role of Pastry Supervisor at the New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY, offers a unique opportunity to join this dynamic environment as the stadium prepares to open for the 2026 NFL season. New Highmark Stadium is set to be the new home of the Buffalo Bills and represents the largest construction project in Western New York history. As a Pastry Supervisor, you will be a critical leader within the stadium’s culinary operations, overseeing the daily pastry production for concessions, clubs, and premium areas. This role is vital to maintaining and elevating the quality, consistency, and presentation standards of all baked goods served during game days and special events. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting pastry staff, coordinating prep schedules to ensure timely and efficient production, and upholding food safety and sanitation standards, including compliance with HACCP and company standard operating procedures. This hands-on role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere and who can bring enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail every day.

Your work will directly impact the guest experience, contributing to memorable moments in one of the most exciting live event venues in the country. The position requires flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, aligning with the stadium’s event schedules. Physical demands include the ability to lift or maneuver up to 75 pounds, constant standing, walking, bending, and working in various weather conditions while being exposed to loud noises and flashing lights typical of live stadium events.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous experience in pastry or bakery production preferred
  • Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversees daily pastry production for stadium concessions, clubs, and premium areas, ensuring products meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards for all events
  • Supports menu execution by coordinating prep schedules, supervising pastry staff, and ensuring timely completion of game day and special event production
  • Maintains food safety and sanitation standards within the pastry department, including proper handling, storage, labeling, and compliance with HACCP and company SOPs
  • Practices safe work habits and completes company and venue safety and general compliance training
  • Maintains a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management
  • Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
  • Available to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
