Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous experience in pastry or bakery production preferred
- Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 75 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversees daily pastry production for stadium concessions, clubs, and premium areas, ensuring products meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards for all events
- Supports menu execution by coordinating prep schedules, supervising pastry staff, and ensuring timely completion of game day and special event production
- Maintains food safety and sanitation standards within the pastry department, including proper handling, storage, labeling, and compliance with HACCP and company SOPs
- Practices safe work habits and completes company and venue safety and general compliance training
- Maintains a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management
- Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
- Available to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
