Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 75 lbs
- capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions constantly
- willingness to work in all weather conditions
- exposure tolerance to loud noises, flashing lights, and extreme heat or cold
- ability to comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- completion of company safety and compliance training
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversees daily pastry production for stadium concessions, clubs, and premium areas, ensuring products meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- supports menu execution by coordinating prep schedules, supervising pastry staff, and ensuring timely completion of game day and special event production
- maintains food safety and sanitation standards within the pastry department, including proper handling, storage, labeling, and compliance with HACCP and company SOPs
- practices safe work habits and completes company and venue safety and general compliance training
- maintains a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management
- adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies
- performs other duties as assigned by management
- available to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
