The current opportunity is for a Pastry Supervisor at the upcoming New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY, set to open for the 2026 NFL season as the new home of the Buffalo Bills. This stadium represents the largest construction project in Western New York's history and will feature state-of-the-art technology designed to enhance fan experiences during live events. The role of Pastry Supervisor is a vital position within the food and beverage operations, responsible for managing the daily pastry production for stadium concessions, clubs, and premium areas. This position ensures all baked goods meet rigorous standards of quality, consistency, presentation, and food safety. The Pastry Supervisor will lead and support a team of pastry staff during game days and special events, coordinating prep schedules and production to ensure seamless execution. They will maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols such as HACCP and company standard operating procedures, ensuring all handling, storage, and labeling practices are compliant. Due to the nature of live stadium events, the role demands flexibility with work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Duties
- Oversees daily pastry production for stadium concessions, clubs, and premium areas, ensuring products meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- supports menu execution by coordinating prep schedules, supervising pastry staff, and ensuring timely completion of game day and special event production
- maintains food safety and sanitation standards within the pastry department, including proper handling, storage, labeling, and compliance with HACCP and company SOPs
- practices safe work habits and completes company and venue safety and general compliance training
- maintains a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management
- adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies
- performs other duties as assigned by management
- available to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
