- Previous banquet experience in a similar setting is required
- TABC and Texas Food Handler Certification
- Communication and organizational skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time

Job Duties
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of baking operations
- Assist in managing needed supplies and inventory levels
- Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings to achieve a finished appearance
- Assess the quality of raw materials before baking
- Help conduct research to develop original recipes for products
- Ensure the high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are always maintained throughout the kitchen areas
- Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils
