Job Requirements

Relocation to Chatham, MA if not local
Minimum of 2 years experience in kitchen leadership
Proven background in scratch kitchen and pastry preparation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in a busy kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

2 plus years of kitchen leadership in an all-scratch kitchen
Strong pastry experience
Strong food knowledge
Highly ambitious and enthusiastic about a culinary career
Hard work ethic

Job Duties

Manage the culinary team with consistency and integrity
Support the Executive Chef in menu development, recipe development, and conceptual direction
Prepare pastry and garde manger complex preparations
Maintain high standards for quality, presentation, and cleanliness
Perform other duties as assigned
