The role of Kitchen Manager at Gaylord Hotels is crucial to the daily success of kitchen operations. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in culinary or food and beverage area
- OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
- 2 years experience in culinary or food and beverage area
- Ability to manage kitchen operations
