Job Description

Carversteak is a prime example of their dedication to excellence, combining a mid-century modern aesthetic with cutting-edge technology and culinary techniques. The immersive dining experience is elevated by a comprehensive digital art program alongside state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems that change ambiance as the evening progresses.

Carversteak's menu is curated to offer guests a premium steakhouse experience featuring dry-aged American steaks sourced from artisan beef producers and Japanese-certified Wagyu steaks. The menu also includes classic steakhouse staples, infused with seasonal ingredients and innovative presentations, accommodating various dietary preferences including vegan selections. The beverage program is equally sophisticated, with a renowned mixologist Francesco Lafranconi crafting an extensive wine list, curated whiskey collection, and an Avant-Garden cocktail experience using herbs from their onsite herb garden. Several private event spaces enhance the venue's appeal, such as the Knife Shop, the Scotch Room, and a large outdoor private garden, making it a sought-after location for both casual dining and special events.
