Job Requirements

- Previous experience in a pastry department or similar culinary role
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and maintenance

- Operates pastry department at optimal efficiency
- Executes pastry orders for catered events and special requests
- Keeps records related to deliveries, dessert transfers, and production levels
