The Pastry Prep & Finisher role at Wright's Dairy Farm & Bakery is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive pay between $17 and $19 per hour. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare, assemble, and finish cakes, cupcakes, and pastries
  • Use frosting, piping, and finishing techniques to complete products
  • Support both retail and wholesale production
  • Follow daily production plans and adjust to demand
  • Maintain high standards for quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Keep workspace clean and organized ('clean as you go')
