Job Requirements
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Open availability including weekends
- Availability to work holidays - Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Knowledge of food handling is a plus

Job Duties
- Packaging eclairs, tartes and other delicate French pastries
- Follow packaging process, rules and food safety standards
- Shape cardboard boxes every day
- Put in crates of frozen products, which implies a presence in the freezers a few minutes
- Complete logs and reports
- Follow directions
- Perform tedious repetitive tasks such as bagging, slicing, making boxes
