The Pastry Cook role is a hands-on position responsible for crafting high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards. This is a part-time or full-time hourly employment position offering a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of pastry, baking, or culinary experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, breads, and desserts in alignment with established recipes and presentation standards
  • ensure consistency, quality, and creativity in all menu items to elevate the guest dining experience
  • collaborate with the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef to introduce new menu items and seasonal offerings
  • maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation in all areas of the pastry kitchen
  • contribute to efficient kitchen operations by managing time effectively and assisting with inventory, storage, and ordering of pastry-related ingredients
  • support the training of culinary team members in pastry techniques and presentation
  • other duties as assigned
