- ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to walk continuously throughout shift while moving about the store and handling merchandise

Job Duties
- assist the bakery manager with training of team members
- oversee team members and implement strategies to increase productivity
- maintain inventory levels
- collaborate with the bakery manager to prepare a weekly schedule based on projected sales and workload
- complete opening and closing duties as assigned
- monitor quality of goods and service while ensuring a fully-stocked display cases
- place orders of supplies based on accurate forecasting of department needs
- clearly communicate and enforce standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, bakery conditions and food safety to all team members
- provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- provide flexibility by helping in any area in order to support the store needs
