Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shift
- Experience in bakery or pastry operations preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Basic math skills for inventory and scheduling

Job Duties
- Assist the bakery manager with training of team members
- Oversee team members and implement strategies to increase productivity
- Maintain inventory levels
- Collaborate with bakery manager to prepare a weekly schedule based on projected sales and workload
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
- Monitor quality of goods and service while ensuring a fully-stocked display cases
- Place orders of supplies based on accurate forecasting of department needs
- Clearly communicate and enforce standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, bakery conditions, and food safety to all team members
- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide flexibility by helping in any area in order to support the store needs
- Demonstrate personal customer service excellence
- Engage with customers always
- Improve speed and efficiency of service provided
