The Pastry Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing high-quality bakery products in line with Monsieur Dior’s exacting standards. Job Requirements

  • must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

  • prior bakery or pastry kitchen experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

  • strong team player with ability to follow procedures and take direction
  • capable of flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
  • keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
  • utilize kitchen equipment to prepare foods such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens
  • ensure proper baking temperatures are maintained
  • store food correctly
  • perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed
