Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of experience in bakery or pastry production
  • prior experience in hotel bakery preferred
  • ability to work full-time including early morning and varied shifts
  • strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards
  • effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a high-volume bakery or pastry production environment
  • prior hotel or hospitality industry experience preferred
  • strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
  • ability to follow standard recipes and production procedures
  • proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • familiarity with food safety regulations
  • flexibility to work full-time with varying shifts

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake breads, rolls, breakfast pastries, and desserts according to standard recipes
  • maintain an adequate supply of all prepared products on hand
  • ensure proper storage and refrigeration of bakery items
  • minimize spoilage and waste by ordering and utilizing proper quantities and rotating products
  • support both AM and PM shifts as needed
  • collaborate with kitchen and banquet teams to meet production demands
  • adhere to Hilton’s quality and safety standards
