Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in bakery or pastry production
- prior experience in hotel bakery preferred
- ability to work full-time including early morning and varied shifts
- strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- ability to stand for extended periods
- commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards
- effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a high-volume bakery or pastry production environment
- prior hotel or hospitality industry experience preferred
- strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- ability to follow standard recipes and production procedures
- proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- familiarity with food safety regulations
- flexibility to work full-time with varying shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake breads, rolls, breakfast pastries, and desserts according to standard recipes
- maintain an adequate supply of all prepared products on hand
- ensure proper storage and refrigeration of bakery items
- minimize spoilage and waste by ordering and utilizing proper quantities and rotating products
- support both AM and PM shifts as needed
- collaborate with kitchen and banquet teams to meet production demands
- adhere to Hilton’s quality and safety standards
