Job Duties

Assists with the daily production and distribution of all pastries, desserts and baked goods
Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
Operates and cleans equipment after each use
Performs scheduled routine cleaning
Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy
Helps maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products
Performs other duties as assigned
