Job Duties
- Assists with the daily production and distribution of all pastries, desserts and baked goods
- Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- Operates and cleans equipment after each use
- Performs scheduled routine cleaning
- Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy
- Helps maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products
- Performs other duties as assigned
