Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of relevant experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and food safety standards
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings and other desserts from scratch following recipes
  • Complete prep list and efficiently run baking station during shifts
  • Portion baked goods and ensure attractive plate presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
  • Follow sanitization and food handling standards
  • Stock food supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
