Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year baking or pastry cooking experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible schedules

Job Duties
- Prepare Italian breads pastries puddings and desserts from scratch following recipes to produce consistent results
- Complete prep list efficiently and run station during shifts
- Follow all specifications and stock food as needed
- Portion bakery products according to recipes
- Ensure plate presentation meets quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
- Adhere to sanitization and food handling standards
