Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant baking or pastry experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings and desserts from scratch following recipes
  • Complete prep list and efficiently run baking station during shifts
  • Portion products and ensure attractive plate presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
  • Follow sanitization and food handling standards
  • Stock food supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet quality and timing standards
