Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant baking or pastry experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings and desserts from scratch following recipes
- Complete prep list and efficiently run baking station during shifts
- Portion products and ensure attractive plate presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
- Follow sanitization and food handling standards
- Stock food supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet quality and timing standards
