Job Duties
- prepare italian breads pastries puddings and other desserts from scratch following the recipe to produce consistent results
- complete prep list efficiently run station during shift follow all specs stock food as needed
- portion baked products follow recipes ensure plate presentation looks great
- maintain cleanliness follow sanitization standards keep work station clean and organized follow food handling standards
