Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in baking or pastry preparation
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
Good English communication skills
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties

Prepare delicious Italian breads, pastries, puddings and other desserts from scratch following the recipe to produce consistent results
Complete your prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, follow all specs, and stock food as needed
Portion all baking products, follow the recipes, and ensure plate presentation looks great
Maintain cleanliness by following sanitization standards and food handling protocols
Keep your workstation clean and organized at all times
