The role on offer is for Pastry Cooks/Bakers at the new Brea location. This position involves preparing a range of Italian breads, pastries, puddings, and other desserts from scratch, ensuring all items are made consistently following exact recipes to maintain quality and presentation standards. The position offers solid pay ranging from $16.90 to $21.00 per hour, with room for career growth. Paid training is provided starting weekly, and walk-in interviews are encouraged from March 18 through April 5 at the Brea Mall location. This is a dynamic opportunity for individuals with at least one year of baking experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail and consistency. The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Duties
- Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings and desserts from scratch following recipes to ensure consistent quality
- Complete prep lists and efficiently run the baking station during shifts
- Portion bakery products accurately and maintain great plate presentation
- Follow sanitization and food handling standards to keep the workstation clean and safe
- Stock food items as needed to ensure smooth operation of the baking station
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to support overall service
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of all baking equipment and areas
