Job Requirements

  • Min one year experience in baking and pastry is preferred
  • ability to work, collaborate and problem solve in a fast-paced environment for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
  • personable and enjoys engaging with guests and team members
  • availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process
  • ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Organize and manage the pastry section of the kitchen to make sure work environment is successful
  • preparing ingredients and maintain kitchen equipment
  • create new recipes for seasonal menus
  • passionate about the development of pastries and desserts
  • maintain inventory of the stock of baking ingredients
  • ensuring safety and health regulations are met
  • train and supervise new team members
