The role requires a team-oriented mindset, with the cook actively contributing to the preparation, service, and delivery of menu items that meet OVG's elevated quality standards. Attention to detail is essential, including proper cooking practices, garnishing presentation, and timely production to meet event schedules, often involving nights, weekends, and holiday work based on business needs. This position is hourly and offers a pay range of $18.85 to $23.56 per hour as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), with benefits provided under union terms. The position is contractually scheduled to expire on September 4, 2026.
