This role focuses on a part-time or full-time Pastry Cook (Baker) position at Lincoln Ristorante. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing bakery items and ensuring all products meet strict quality and freshness standards. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
  • keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
  • utilize kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens
  • ensure proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
  • perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
