Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a pastry cook or in bakery preparation
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of baking and pastry preparation techniques
  • Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a pastry cook or baker in a high-volume, luxury hospitality environment

Job Duties

  • Keep designated food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols
