You will also be expected to monitor kitchen appliance temperatures and food quality throughout the shift and report any issues promptly to management.
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen workspace is a critical aspect of this role. You will be responsible for washing and disinfecting equipment and surfaces, setting up, and breaking down workstations. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds, and perform tasks that require bending, twisting, reaching, standing, and walking for extended periods.
As a representative of The Ritz-Carlton brand, professionalism in appearance and communication is essential.
