The role of Pastry Cook II, an intermediate-level position, is integral to maintaining the club's high standards in culinary offerings. The Pastry Cook II must adhere to precise techniques and uphold consistent standards in quality, flavor, and presentation. They are responsible for executing daily production schedules efficiently and accurately, with limited supervision. Food safety and sanitation protocols such as HACCP guidelines must be strictly followed to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.

This role requires a solid foundation in pastry and baking fundamentals along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and sheeters is essential.
