Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a similar pastry role
  • basic knowledge of culinary operations

Job Duties

  • Prepare pastry doughs and fillings under the guidance of senior pastry chefs
  • assist in the creation and decoration of various desserts and pastries
  • ensure all preparations meet the quality and presentation standards of Starwood Hotels
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen area
  • adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • support inventory management and ingredient preparation
  • collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of pastry items
