Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
  • prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing before use
  • safely and properly use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances for measuring and baking
  • follow and ensure compliance with food safety and personal hygiene policies
  • check and report correct temperature of kitchen appliances and food
  • wash and sanitize kitchen area, set up workstations, and maintain cleanliness procedures
  • monitor food quality and portion sizes throughout the shift
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management
  • maintain professional appearance and uniform
  • use clear and professional communication
  • cultivate positive work relationships and support team goals
  • comply with company policies and standards
  • lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
  • perform physical tasks including standing, bending, twisting, and walking for extended periods
